Guides to help you work better

How to write a clear brief

Start with the context and the outcome you want. Define what is included and excluded, share useful references, and list each file or deliverable you expect.

Plan your budget and milestones

Tie the budget to a defined scope and an explicit currency. Longer projects can be divided into a brief, first draft and final delivery, each with agreed outputs and dates.

Agree on acceptance before delivery

Describe completion with verifiable criteria such as file formats, dimensions, content scope and agreed revision terms. Add them to the brief to reduce ambiguity.
