This notice describes information used for account sign-in, AutWorker certification, personal task claiming, delivery and acceptance. Functions that remain closed are not described as active processing.
1. Operator and scope
AutWorker is operated by LUYED INC. This invited preview uses separate local demonstration login identifiers and passwords, issued under restricted access. Public sign-up, email confirmation and email recovery are unavailable. Demonstration activation is not proof that a mailbox or Arebolt account-center identity was verified. AutWorker reviews personal employer and Talent applications and keeps task records.
2. Information used in this release
- Demonstration login identifiers and account status used for access and eligibility checks; your language preference; and AutWorker session and security events. A demonstration login does not prove mailbox ownership.
- Personal employer certification details you provide, such as your legal name, country or region, eligibility declaration and birth date where requested; review results; and task text you save or submit, including a proposed budget and deadline.
- Talent certification and profile information, task claims, recorded contract terms, delivery notes and result links, revision requests, acceptance decisions and related audit records.
- Technical records needed to operate and protect the service, such as IP address, browser or device information, session cookies, timestamps and audit records.
File uploads, agency work, multiple task stages, in-product payments, withdrawals, social-account connections and on-site location collection are not enabled in this release. Do not include identity documents, payment credentials or private contact details in public task text or delivery notes.
3. How information is used and shared
We use this information to secure accounts, assess employer and Talent eligibility, publish approved tasks, record personal task claims, contracts, delivery, revision and acceptance, answer requests and investigate misuse. An approved listing may be public; account email, certification and private delivery records are not part of the public listing.
Hosting and database providers process information needed for this invited preview. AutWorker handles local sign-in; no transactional email is sent for public registration or recovery. The employer and Talent handle payment directly; AutWorker does not collect payment details or send task-payment data to a platform payment provider in this release.
4. Storage, choices and requests
Retention depends on account and listing status, operational and security needs, outstanding requests and applicable recordkeeping duties. To request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about a particular retention period, contact us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and may retain records where required.
A saved draft is not a public listing. Review task text before submission because approved content can become public. You can also ask us to review a published listing that needs correction or removal.
